No. The whole experience runs in the phone’s browser — they scan the code and the guestbook opens. No app, no account, no password.
How long does setup take?＋
Usually under ten minutes. Add your names and date, pick your questions, download your QR code, and you are done.
Who can see the videos?＋
Only you. Every event has its own private link, files are stored with expiring signed URLs, and nothing is public or searchable. You can delete any message permanently at any time.
What if the venue has bad signal?＋
Recording happens on the phone first, so a weak connection only affects the upload. If it fails, the recording stays on the device and the guest can retry.
Can we get an edited film?＋
Yes — the Keepsake Film add-on is trimmed, assembled, scored and chaptered by our editors, then delivered as a downloadable video.
How is this different from the WeddingPhone rental?＋
